1. About SGKampung
SGKampung is a platform based in Singapore that helps home-based business owners create a public profile and get discovered by customers. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. What SGKampung does — and doesn't do
SGKampung provides discovery, messaging, and review tools. We are not a party to any transaction, booking, or payment between a customer and a business — those happen directly between you and the business, outside this platform. We do not verify the accuracy of business listings, licenses, certifications, or claims that owners self-report on their profiles.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use SGKampung.
4. Business listings and content
If you list a business, you confirm the business is legally permitted to operate as a home-based business in Singapore and that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. Reviews, messages, and photos you post must be your own honest content — no fake reviews, no impersonation, no unlawful or abusive material.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, reviews), but you give SGKampung permission to display it on the platform as part of the normal operation of the service.
6. Suspending or removing accounts
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms, misrepresents a business, or is used abusively.
7. No warranty, limited liability
SGKampung is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service or product provided by a business listed on the platform, or for disputes between customers and businesses.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of SGKampung after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
